David Gillerman
Prior to forming Crossroads, David Gillerman was with Och-Ziff, as Managing Director and Head of its European real estate investment team based in London (2008-2014).
David established the European real estate platform at Och-Ziff and has led investments of over $2.0 billion into various real estate strategies, including direct real estate investments, mezzanine financing, NPLs, secondary loans and CMBS structures.
Prior to joining Och-Ziff, David was at Lehman Brothers from 1999. David was an Executive Director at Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Partners (2001-2008). At LBREP, David underwrote and executed transactions in excess of $5 billion, comprising of both public and private real estate transactions, primarily in the UK, Germany and Scandinavia. David also established and led LBREP's activity in Central and Eastern Europe, investing over $200 million of equity in development projects, primarily in Poland.
David served four years in the Israeli special forces and holds both a B.A. and LL.B. with Honours from the IDC University in Israel.

Ian joined Crossroads from Ares Management, where he was a Director responsible for Portfolio Management in the European Real Estate Group in London.
Ian joined Ares (formerly AREA Property Partners) in 2006 to help structure and administer all financial aspects of its European real estate investments across Europe. As well as being responsible for coordinating the cash management and financial and portfolio analysis of the European funds ($3.2bn of equity under management), during his time at Ares, Ian also sourced third party acquisition financing for investments by the funds across the UK, Germany, Central Europe and Spain.
Prior to joining Ares, Ian was a Manager at KPMG in its European Real Estate Advisory Group (2002-2006). During his time at KPMG Ian provided structuring advice to a number of medium and large sized pan-European real estate funds including on their initial formation and ongoing holding structures.
Ian holds a B.Sc. with Honours from the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Ian speaks English and German.

Duco joined Crossroads in May 2018 from Blackstone, where he was an Acquisitions Principal in the Real Estate Group in London. He joined Blackstone in 2010 and was actively involved in a variety of European real estate acquisitions and disposals.
Duco has experience across multiple asset classes including hospitality, office, retail, logistics, residential and real estate operating businesses across multiple European jurisdictions and has completed over 30 transactions with a total enterprise value in excess of $10bn.
At Blackstone he was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in the Benelux since 2013. Before joining Blackstone, Duco worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate & Leisure team for three years. Duco received a M.Sc. in Finance and a M.Sc. in International Economics & Business from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

PJ joined Crossroads as a Non-Executive Investment Committee Member in December 2020 after a 30 year career within the Capital Markets teams of Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. PJ was an Executive Director at CBRE until April 2020 where, as Head of Private Equity for the EMEA business, he led the company’s activities in Private Equity. Prior to joining CBRE, PJ held the same position at Cushman & Wakefield where, as an Equity Partner, he worked in the Capital Markets division for over 23 years rising through the ranks of the UK and European business.
Well known as an active real estate advisor in the European marketplace to many of the major Private Equity houses. PJ has advised on a diverse range of real estate activities from sales and acquisitions of direct real estate, the acquisition of non-performing loan books, to corporate acquisitions and take privates. He has led large cross border teams carrying out due diligence on some of Europe’s most significant real estate transactions in both the private and public markets.
PJ holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Property Valuation and Finance from City University, is a member of the RICS and also holds the TD. PJ has dual British and French citizenship.

Rajeev joined Crossroads in January 2019 from Kildare Partners where he was a Senior Associate in the Origination and Underwriting team.
Rajeev joined Kildare Partners in 2016 and was involved in a variety of transactions including direct real estate investments, take private opportunities and NPLs across Europe and the real estate asset class spectrum. Prior to this, Rajeev was at CBRE in the UK Capital Markets team. His career began in 2013 at J.P. Morgan in Sales & Trading as a Macro Euro Swaps Rates Trader.
Rajeev studied at UCL and holds a B.Sc. in Economics with First-Class Honours.

Diederik joined Crossroads in January 2024 from KKR, where he was a Principal in the European Real Estate team in London.
He joined KKR in 2017 and was involved in €3.5 billion of acquisitions and disposals across six European countries and multiple asset classes including industrial and logistics, student housing, residential, and office. Since 2019, Diederik was responsible for leading KKR’s investments in the industrial and logistics sector across Europe, and across all sectors in the Netherlands.
Prior to joining KKR, he spent two years working in real estate lending, in Goldman Sachs's Real Estate Financing Group and RBC's Real Estate Capital Partners team.
Diederik holds an MSc in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Prior to joining he was an analyst in the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments team (MSREI) where he spent two and a half years covering European Real Estate Acquisitions and Asset Management. During his time at Morgan Stanley he was involved in underwriting and managing investments across both value add and core plus strategies.
He began his career at Morgan Stanley with 6 months in Debt Capital Markets covering European Financial Institutions.

Tahira joined Crossroads as General Counsel in September 2022. She was previously at Round Hill Capital, a real estate investment and asset manager, where she advised on day to day legal risk management and in relation to US and pan-European real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. Prior to this, she was in-house at Grosvenor Estates. She started her career in private practice specialising in corporate and private equity transactions.

Laura joined Crossroads from AEW Europe, where she was a finance professional within the real estate funds group. Whilst at AEW Laura was the fund accountant responsible for its pan-European real estate fund and worked with the investment and asset management teams for the fund's quarterly and annual reporting processes.
Prior to joining AEW, Laura was a fund accountant at Langham Hall, a firm providing administration services to a broad portfolio of real estate funds investing primarily in Europe.

Josh joined Crossroads from Equitix where he was an Associate Director responsible for establishing new funds, managing workstreams from early fund concept stage through to investor close. Josh was also responsible for finance aspects of deal execution and investor reporting.
Josh is originally from Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to joining Equitix he was a Senior Finance Associate at Centuria Capital New Zealand who are a Real Estate Investment Manager. He was responsible for fund and investor reporting, cashflow and treasury management and worked closely with asset managers on reviewing and implementing fund strategies. Josh also worked on Real Estate acquisitions and disposals including fund establishment and wind ups.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jakob joined the Crossroads Luxembourg office in 2018. He oversees the Luxembourg aspects of the group's financial reporting, tax compliance and administrative operations. Prior to Crossroads, Jakob was an Associate at BlackRock Luxembourg where he worked on European Real Estate funds and was responsible for tax compliance, audit and financial production statement oversight and in charge of NAV accounting.
Jakob has experience as an accountant and an auditor within the Big Four accounting firms, where he worked predominantly on European real estate and private equity funds.

She also worked as Project Manager at of one London’s largest car shows, ChelseaAutoLegends. Tiffiny was responsible for securing a large part of the shows content and helped launch several unique PR campaigns for the show.
